Who hasn't at some stage of their lives imagined their own funeral? Who would be there, who would cry, what they would say....Come on, surely you've done it too...Don't leave me out on a limb on this one ok?
This weeks Listography theme is '5 Things I Hope People Say About Me At My Funeral'. Bit of a mouthful I think you'll agree but tricky to condense into bite-size.
So here goes:
1. 'Wow, I've never seen this church so full.'
2. 'I'm so glad that her blog was made into a movie'
3. 'I still can't believe she ran off with Johnny Depp'
4. 'Do you remember that time she got a speeding ticket in her mobility scooter?'
5. 'Do you think Grandma will leave me her house in the Bahamas?'
Silly I know. Your turn now. Make it as heartfelt or ridiculous as you like. Just write your post on your own blog, put a link back here so everyone can find the other entires and then come back here to enter your details in the linky below.
Now I have a feeling this Listography may go down like a lead balloon so I am offering you a choice this week. If you don't like that one you can write your Top 5 Bucket List , ie - things to do before you kick the bucket.
So are we all happy now? Chop, chop then.

Ha! I thought this was quite fun. Not that I think about my funeral a lot. Ahem.
ReplyDeleteMy first one! I quite enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteI reckon that you running off with Johnny Depp on a speeding mobility scooter to the Bahamas WOULD make a great movie! Can I come to the premier (on my mobility scooter)?
ReplyDelete~M
That is a movie I'd definitely go and see!
ReplyDeleteThis will be my blog post for Tuesday!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm also gonna do both lists
ReplyDeleteGreat list! Can picture you with a purple rinse on your mobility scooter!
ReplyDeleteSo what does it say about me that once I saw the theme I immediately want to join in and could immediately come up with my list ;-)!
Where on earth do you get the ideas for your lists from, you nutter? Love this weeks! Looking forward to next weeks.

Always pushing the envelope, aren't you Kate? It's a shame that Donny will probably go before me, or else he'd be there hosting...
ReplyDeleteInteresting topic Kate. Loved doing this one however difficult it was.
ReplyDeleteI found your blog via the Wendy House and this 'funeral' list has really made me smile. I know it was supposed to be a bit macabre, but it really isn't, is it? Just such a delight to read everyone's very funny posts. I think that's the only way to approach the end - with humour and with gusto! x
ReplyDeleteAnother great Listography that was a lot of fun, now I need to read the rest....
