There aren't that many bloggers I have met in real life but some of those that I have I have felt an immediate connection with. It's strange meeting face to face people who you've spent a year tweeting and sharing posts with. Meeting them in person can go one of two ways.
I met Anna two summers ago and she left a lasting impression on me. I couldn't drag myself away from our discussions - though that may have been the multiple Peronis..who can say?
Anyway, she's asked me to answer some questions and in the interests of her not ditching me as a life long buddy I've agreed to answer them.
When you look in the mirror what do you see?
Someone who needs more sleep and the passing of youth
If you could choose one motto/mantra to live by what would it be?
Do the right thing
Which era would you command a time capsule to transport you to?
The 70's hippie movement. The music, the protests, the clothes, the belief that the world could change...and a few other bits...what's not to like?
What was your childhood ambition and have you fulfilled it?
To be a journalist and write a book. I'd like to think I got pretty close. I've had articles published by the broadsheets and have a first draft of my book sitting under my desk. Plenty of time left to tick that one off hey?
If the world were to end tomorrow where would you want to be and what would be on your apocalypse menu?
At my childhood home with all my family. There would be steak and chips and chocolate and Barolo and a very fine whiskey. Bring on the lightning!
When did you last change your sheets?
Surprisingly last week. I don't know what came over me.
An odd set of questions it has to be said. Though pretty insightful I'd like to think.
I should now be tagging people in an effort to continue this but I'm going to leave it open - so if you want to join in please go ahead!
