So this is like the note you stick on the fridge when you're leaving your husband and kids for the weekend.
'Gone up a mountain. Back soon. Don't forget to walk the dog and sponsor me copious amounts of cash.'
The mountain of course is Mount Snowdon. Beautiful in Summer, foooking freezing in Winter (now they tell me). Apparently last weekend it was -13 at the top. No, I don't think that's funny actually. If you do then (a) you are evil and (b) I made you laugh so now you have to sponsor me. Them's the Comic Relief rules you know.
The fabulous Stena Line are very kindly shipping me and Laura from My Internal World over to Wales to join the rest of Team Honk for the epic hike that is part of Comic Reliefs Red Nose Day celebrations for hitting the grand old age of 25. The trip will coincide with National Ferry Fortnight which runs from 2nd - 16th March. Stena Line will be announcing some fabulous offers in the next day or so as part of this so be sure to keep an eye out for them.
If you would like to sponsor me for the hike - any amount at all - here's my page. Did I mention that we will all be donning racy red knickers from Who Made your Pants? Over our waterproofs of course. Sexy.
If you'd like to see a little bit more about where your hard earned money will go then pop over to the Team Honk page where three of my fellow bloggers will tell you all about their recent trip to Ghana with Davina McCall and Jonathon Ross.
And hopefully I'll be back next week to tell you all about it. Fingers crossed...
